Earlier this month, the Boston Public Health Commission gave out its annual Employee Recognition Awards.
The Boston Public Health Commission is incredibly proud to announce that Jan Quiram is the winner of our highest award, The Revere Award. She is the Associate Director of the Addictions Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Support Services Bureau.
The Revere Award is given to one BPHC employee who exemplifies our mission of protecting, preserving and promoting the health and well being of Boston residents, particularly those who are most vulnerable.
The recipient must demonstrate leadership both within the BPHC and the community. They have developed and/or implemented an innovative approach to a public health issue while improving partnerships across or among programs and organizations.
