This morning, Mayor Menino launched Boston’s new free smoke-free housing registry at the Dorchester Bay Economic Development community room on Dudley Street. He was joined by Barbara Ferrer, executive director of BPHC; Michelle Green, COO of the Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corp; Waleska Fortis, who is a parent and tenant of Dorchester Bay EDC; and Susan Johnson, vice president of the Maloney Management Company.
